Please reach us at support@menopauseandbeyondcaroline.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
I’m not able to prescribe medication at this stage. What I can do is provide clear, evidence-based guidance on whether HRT may be suitable for you, explain the different options, and prepare a report you can share with your GP to support prescribing.
My role is to make your GP appointment easier, clearer, and less stressful.
That’s absolutely fine. While we can discuss HRT if you wish, there are also non-hormonal options and lifestyle approaches we can explore together. The choice is always yours.
My role is to inform, not to push — your preferences will always guide our conversation.
We can talk through any symptoms you’re experiencing, both physical and emotional, and review any current treatment — what may or may not be working for you. We’ll also look at alternative options, both hormonal and non-hormonal, lifestyle advice, risks and benefits of different treatments and of course any worries or concerns you’d like to bring.
This is your space to feel heard, supported, and fully informed about your options.
After your consultation, you’ll receive a personalised letter summarising our discussion and outlining the treatment options we’ve talked through. You can share this with your GP to support your appointment. Your GP will be able to prescribe medication and arrange any blood tests if needed, and I can advise you on what to expect.
Even if you don’t plan to see your GP, you’ll still receive a full report. Many women find it helpful for their own learning, reflection, and self-awareness.
The report is there to give you clarity and confidence — whether you share it with your GP or keep it for your own understanding.
I aim to send your personalised report within 3 working days of your consultation. This gives me time to carefully reflect on our discussion and ensure the recommendations are clear, accurate, and tailored to you.
This means you’ll have clear, practical next steps in your hands quickly — so you can move forward with confidence.
Of course. You’re welcome to get in touch with any general questions by email: support@menopauseandbeyondcaroline.com. For tailored advice and personalised guidance, a consultation will be needed.
Reaching out is a good first step — and when you’re ready, the consultation will give you the time and space to explore your concerns in depth.
I’ve chosen to keep my service affordable because I believe every woman should have access to menopause support, without cost being a barrier.
Your consultation still includes a full 45-minute private session, a personalised follow-up report, and a 15-minute check-in. The lower fee reflects my commitment to accessibility, not a reduction in quality.
Support should be accessible to every woman — and that’s exactly what I aim to provide.
Yes. Your consultation is completely private and confidential. I’ll only share information with your GP if you choose to pass on the report I prepare for you. Please see our privacy policy for more details.
You can feel safe knowing this is a supportive, confidential space.
